So far everything has been good. Appointments kept on time, staff was very nice and informed, and helped me with anything I needed help with.

I had Sys install the monitored Security System in my home last weekend. I am very pleased with everything. The technicians that installed it were great and I feel so much safer and protected. He even gives us a lighted sign for the front yard and stickers to go on the windows. No need for a phone line either. Thanks Sys for the great service at a fair price!

Thank you Sys, just for the record we also just updated our old alarm system today from 2 1/2 years ago to his updated one. Sys is correct, you are able to arm, disarm, and set your home thermostats from our smartphone and the options for a home camera system and lights set up are additional. Having a way to access this from your laptop or phone is a big plus. We are paying about $15 more than we paid Brinks, plus have a lot more features that we didn’t have before.

Had an existing alarm and monitoring contract, however, wanted wireless. Met with Chris, loved the advanced capabilities the system offers. Had it install and love it. Using my android to check status, and arm/disarm is wonderful. Spoke to Corporate to test the alarm, very professional and helpful staff. Glad we switched.
